You automatically accept my Terms and Conditions by commissioning me. Kindly read it before placing your order.Types of commissions are given below. The prices shown are in USD ($) and do not include complicated backdrops or props. They reflect the base price.

> A stylized background (stylized texts / fx... etc.) is optional and free, but if you want an intricate / complicated background, I will be charging extra depending on the detail.> We can discuss the final price before the start of the commission process. To commission artwork from me, you must be 18 years of age or older.By default, commissioned artwork is for the commissioner's personal or private use. If you would like to discuss commercial use, please get in touch with me.
PAYMENT & PROCESS
> After ordering, I will take payment after the first sketch is approved, afterwards I will proceed to work on the completion of the artwork.> I will only take USD payments made via PayPal invoice.> PayPal disputes and chargebacks are not accepted. Kindly get in touch with me if you want to talk about getting a refund. You will receive a full or partial refund based on how far along I am with the commission.> Once commission is completed, there will be no refunds.> For intricate props, characters, or other details, I reserve the right to charge extra.> If I am asked to revise finished artwork more than 3 times, I have the right to charge extra.
ARTIST'S RIGHTS
I still maintain all rights to my artworks. I may use the work for [and not limited to] sales promotion, self-promotion, posting to social media, and my artist portfolio.
CLIENT'S PERSONAL / PRIVATE USAGE RIGHTS
The commissioned artwork may be used by the commissioner as an avatar or icon, social media banner, or for streaming.The artwork is available for personal or private printing. as long as it is non-profit.Editing, tracing, or extensively replicating my artwork is prohibited without my permission. Please make an inquiry about this first.My artwork cannot be used or minted for NFTs (non-fungible tokens).Do not create or utilize my art for AI.You are not allowed to alter, modify, or distribute my artwork as your own.My artwork may not be reprinted for any commercial purpose. [This only refers to commissions for personal or private use; if you would want a commission for commercial use, please read below]

Intending to use the artwork for commercial use can be discussed before or after the commission process.Both the artist and the commissioner must discuss and approve any commercial use. Each artwork will be subject to an additional commercial cost.Commercial fee can be negotiated.Commercial use includes, but is not restricted to: tangible goods, record covers, etc.
